Sweet and friendly fur kids area always considered as gKCFBcB long as they come with the most responsible and loving pet parent but we do not allow certain dog breeds including any variety of pitbull. We keep the rents low, do excellent maintenance and are committed to finding you the most courteous and responsible of long term neighbors. To find them we do have requirements that must be met including credit reports showing financial responsibility of bills being paid on time, rental references from your current landlord, proof of an income 3 times the rent and a bank account with sufficient funds to cover the 1st month's rent and $500 secure deposit.
